Installing our smart technology to your sites reduces service costs due to constant real time monitoring. By using open protocols such as ModBUS, BacNet, Ethernet/IP, DALI and others, we can make assets that would have been considered closed protocol previously become readable and open protocol. Configuration can be actioned during installation and the BEMs can automatically send reports and alarms that can be actioned where necessary. In some cases, smart fixes can be applied remotely via an online portal, therefore removing the need to send engineers to site. Alternatively, once the fault codes are deciphered and if attendance is required, FM teams can optimise their maintenance regimes to direct engineers to attend site with the required parts first time, avoiding attendance multiple times to fix one issue.
